This week on the pod we are joined by husband, dad, fantasy football league champion, and the Director of Marketing & eCommerce at PowerDot, Chase Novelich. We covered a lot on the pod this week from having kids at a young age to Pokemon, dirt bikes, virtual learning, the bond between father and son, trust and PowerDot.

Chase gave us a great Toady’s Dad Definition that focused on his experience as a “boy dad” and being one of three brothers. He says a Today’s Dad is someone who leads by example and who is emotionally available, and who understands that if you are emotionally available you can build trust which allows you to lead by example.
