Joseph Fowler

We are joined this week by former University of Kansas and University of Miami football coach, mastermind behind the Chasing Everyday Adventures blog, husband, and dad to two Joseph Fowler!

Joseph traded in his whistle to be an At-Home-Dad once he knew he was going to have his first kid and has been rocking the roll ever since. His wife is a Senior Associate Athletic Director and Senior Woman Administrator at Army West Point, so you know he stays busy! We have a great talk with Joseph about how to be involved with your kids in their “headspace” and lives and the importance of really engaging with them on that level.

Joseph is incredibly open about his own journey with cracking into his headspace and the power of being able to recognize when we need help, and his Today’s Dad definition reflects that! Everyone can relate to this episode in some form or fashion, especially in our current situation with the coronavirus.
